Louis Tomlinson Shirt Competition

1. Entrants must be over 18 years of age.

2. Players must reside in Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales).

3. The prize draw is not open to the Promoter’s employees, families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the draw.

4. The Promoter of this Soccer Aid for UNICEF competition is: Soccer Aid Productions Limited (company no. 10928864), registered office address: 1 Westfield Avenue, Stratford, London, E20 1HZ (“Promoter”).

5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

6. Entries will be accepted between 19/05/25 (“Open Date”) and 26/05/25 (“Closing Date”). After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

7. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Subsequent entries by the same individual will be disregarded to allow more people to enter.

8. The route to entry for the competition is set out on https://instagram.com/socceraid and is as follows:

➢ The entrant must follow @socceraid on Instagram; and

➢ The entrant must like one specified post on Soccer Aid’s account over a specified period; 19/05/2024 and 26/05/2025.

9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

10. The prize is as stated on instagram.com/socceraid/ – one (1) England football shirt, signed by Louis Tomlinson. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize(s) are not transferable.

11. Prize(s) are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize(s) with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

12. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this free prize draw.

13. All valid entries to the prize draw will be entered into a randomized number draw that is conducted 7 days after the closing date as stated in the terms.

14. The draw will be conducted by Soccer Aid Productions, in the presence of two witnesses, using an online random number generator on 28/05/2025.

15. The winner will be notified by private/direct message on Instagram within 28 days of the Closing Date.

16. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected or delivered.

17. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

18. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

19. If you choose to participate, the Promoter – Soccer Aid Productions will receive your Instagram account name, to process your entry into the prize draw. Soccer Aid Productions Privacy Policy sets out how they collect, use and store your personal information.

20. As Promoter, Soccer Aid Productions will keep entrants’ personal details for a reasonable time so that it can send any prize that an entrant has won, to verify that these rules have been complied with, and for accounting purposes.

21. The winner will also be announced on the Soccer Aid Productions Instagram post and will also be direct messaged by Soccer Aid Productions.

22. The Promoter and UNICEF UK shall have no responsibility or liability for the prize being lost, damaged, stolen or delayed in the post.

23. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Promoter’s sole opinion) or who, in Promoter’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating or rigging votes, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of Promoter.

24. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction.

25. The Promoter also reserves the right to change, cancel or suspend the free prize draw for whatever reason and at any time.

26. By entering into this draw, each entrant commits to and accepts these terms and conditions.
