NORQAIN BUILDS ON SUCCESSFUL SOCCER AID FOR UNICEF PARTNERSHIP
NORQAIN builds on successful Soccer Aid for UNICEF partnership for second year
Swiss family-owned and independent watch brand NORQAIN is proud to announce its continued partnership with Soccer Aid for UNICEF for 2026. This year marks the second consecutive year of collaboration with the world’s biggest charity football match, and Soccer Aid for UNICEF’s 20th anniversary of the event.
Following a highly successful debut as Official Timekeeper in 2025, NORQAIN UK & Ireland will once again support the initiative, reaffirming the brand’s long-term investment in the UK & Ireland and its commitment to purposeful partnerships that resonate with local communities.
Building on the momentum of last year’s event, where NORQAIN saw a huge uplift in brand awareness across the UK&I, the brand will return to the Soccer Aid platform to further strengthen consumer and retailer awareness across the region. The 2026 focus will be on deepening engagement, amplifying brand storytelling and introducing new elements to the partnership in the lead-up to Match Day.
NORQAIN’s presence will once again span training week through to the match itself, with a series of activations designed to bring retailers, clients and football fans closer to the brand. Additional details of expanded partnership initiatives will be revealed in the coming months as NORQAIN and Soccer Aid for UNICEF take their collaboration to the next level.
Gary Neville, former England international and Manchester United legend, who joined NORQAIN as Business Partner for UK & Ireland in 2025, will continue to play a central role in the partnership.
Neville said: “Soccer Aid for UNICEF is an event that means a great deal to me personally. It brings people together through football to make a genuine difference to children’s lives. Last year was a great introduction into Soccer Aid for NORQAIN and I’m excited to see it back there this year.”
Tom Peacock, Head of Partner Generation at Soccer Aid Productions, said: “We are delighted to be working with NORQAIN again for Soccer Aid for UNICEF 2026. As an exciting family-owned brand, we are looking forward to bringing the partnership to life throughout the wider campaign, and helping further support NORQAIN with their impressive journey, as their support for the Soccer Aid for UNICEF campaign continues to grow.”
The renewal of the Soccer Aid for UNICEF partnership underscores NORQAIN’s strategic commitment to the UK & Ireland, using one of the country’s most-watched sporting moments as a powerful platform to engage audiences, strengthen retail relationships and reinforce the brand’s position as a challenger in the Swiss watch industry.
Martyn Jenkins, Managing Director of NORQAIN UK & Ireland, added: “Our first year with Soccer Aid for UNICEF exceeded expectations. The platform gave us meaningful visibility with both consumers and our valued retail partners. Renewing the partnership demonstrates our confidence in the UK & Ireland market and our ambition to continue building long-term brand equity here.”
